Tips for runners

(or for lovers… I can never remember)

  1. A good bra is everything.
  2. An inspiring playlist will take you a long way.
  3. Start slow.
  4. Don’t forget to warm up.
  5. Stretch.
  6. Vary your pace.
  7. Go as far as you can.
  8. Vary your route.
  9. Refuel after an hour or so.
  10. If you get a stitch: slow down, but carry on!
  11. Don’t compare yourself to others.
  12. Make sure you wear the right socks.
