(or for lovers… I can never remember)
- A good bra is everything.
- An inspiring playlist will take you a long way.
- Start slow.
- Don’t forget to warm up.
- Vary your pace.
- Go as far as you can.
- Vary your route.
- Refuel after an hour or so.
- If you get a stitch: slow down, but carry on!
- Don’t compare yourself to others.
- Make sure you wear the right socks.
